Instructions
  1. Brown the Ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the browned Ground beef, chopped Onion, chopped Bell peppers, and minced Garlic to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in the Diced tomatoes, Kidney beans, Black beans, Tomato paste, Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, Cayenne pepper, Salt, Black pepper, and Beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
