  1. Place Chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients.
  3. Pour Sauce over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Cornstarch and Cold water to create a slurry.
  6. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir the slurry into the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions (optional).
