Instructions
- Place Chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients.
- Pour Sauce over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Cornstarch and Cold water to create a slurry.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir the slurry into the slow cooker.
- Cover and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions (optional).
