3 lbs Beef chuck roast
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tsp Dried thyme
1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Rub the Seasoning mixture all over the Beef roast.
  3. Place the Vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Place the seasoned Beef roast on top of the Vegetables.
  5. Pour the Beef broth and Worcestershire sauce (Liquid ingredients) over the roast.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the roast is very tender.
  7. Remove the roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  8. Serve with the cooked Vegetables and pan juices.
