Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients. Gently mix until just combined – do not overmix.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat Olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Pour in Crushed tomatoes. Stir in Dried oregano, Dried basil, Sugar, Salt, and Black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Gently add Meatballs to the Sauce. Cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  7. While the Sauce simmers, cook Spaghetti according to package directions.
  8. Drain Spaghetti and add it to the pot with the Sauce and Meatballs. Toss to coat.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
