Spaghetti Chip Nachos
A fun and easy snack or light meal using spaghetti chips as a base for classic nacho toppings.

Ground Beef

Taco Seasoning

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

A fun and easy snack or light meal using spaghetti chips as a base for classic nacho toppings.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in Taco Seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in Shredded Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Spread Spaghetti Chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Top with seasoned Ground Beef and Cheese Sauce.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Black Olives, Sour Cream, and Sliced Jalapeños. Serve immediately.
