  1. In a large bowl, combine the Hash Browns, 1 tsp salt, and tsp pepper. Mix well.
  2. Divide the hash brown mixture into 8 equal portions and form into patties.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook hash brown patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the Eggs, milk, tsp salt, and tsp pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until set but still slightly moist.
  6. To assemble the stacks, place a hash brown patty on a plate. Top with a portion of scrambled eggs, then sprinkle with breakfast sausage and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with a hash brown patty on top.
  7. Serve immediately.
