  1. Cook Shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in Taco Seasoning and Water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar Cheese.
  5. In a saucepan, combine all Taco Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Spoon Beef Filling into cooked Shells.
  7. Spread Taco Sauce over the filled Shells.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
  9. Top with Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, and Sour Cream before serving.
