What You'll Need

Equipment: Baking sheet, Parchment paper, Mixing bowl, Small saucepan, Fork Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Herb Crust ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Press the Herb Crust mixture firmly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. While salmon is baking, prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
  7. Stir in Lemon juice and Parsley. Heat through, but do not boil.
  8. Drizzle Lemon Butter Sauce over the baked salmon before serving.
