  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the Potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the Potatoes with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with Salt. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, cook the Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the Butter, Sour Cream, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, carefully cut a slit lengthwise in each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  7. Top each potato with the Butter-Sour Cream mixture, Cheddar Cheese, crumbled Bacon, and Green Onions.
  8. Serve immediately.
