Combine all Spice Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
Pat the Steaks dry with paper towels. Generously coat both sides of the Steaks with the Spice Rub.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp of Butter to the skillet.
Once the Butter is melted and the skillet is hot, carefully place the Steaks in the skillet. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
Add the remaining 2 tbsp of Butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, basting the Steaks with the melted Butter.
Remove the Steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
