  1. Season Steaks with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear Steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  3. Remove Steaks from skillet and set aside. Keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Mushrooms and Onion and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over the Mushrooms and Onion and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in Heavy Cream, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Pepper.
  8. Return Steaks to the skillet and spoon Mushroom Gravy over them. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  9. Serve immediately.
