In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
Add all Flavor ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Stir in all Texture ingredients until evenly distributed.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more relish for sweetness, mustard for tang, or paprika for color.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
