  1. Preheat oven according to frozen fry instructions. Cook Fries until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Toss cooked fries in the marinade and set aside.
  3. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic and Ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Stir in Diced Tomatoes, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cayenne Pepper, and Salt. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in Heavy Cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add marinated Fries to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Garnish with Chopped Cilantro and serve immediately.
