  1. In a large bowl, combine all Steak ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into four oval-shaped patties.
  3. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle Flour over the onions and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Gradually whisk in Beef broth until smooth. Add Soy sauce and bring to a simmer.
  6. Gently place the Salisbury steak patties into the Sauce. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. While the steak simmers, prepare Mashed potatoes and cook Frozen peas according to package directions.
  8. Serve each Salisbury steak patty with Mashed potatoes and peas.
