  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. While pasta is cooking, prepare the Cheese Sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese, Salt, and Pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked Pasta, diced Spam, and Cheese Sauce. Mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. In a small bowl, combine Bread Crumbs and Melted Butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pasta bake.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
