2 cans (5 oz each) Tuna in Water-drained
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in Cream of Mushroom Soup, Salt, and Pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked Noodles, Tuna, Sauce, and Peas. Mix well.
  7. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle Potato Chips evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
