Season Chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook chicken until fully cooked, then shred.
Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
Top with shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, black olives, and jalapeños.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Drizzle with Sauce before serving.
