1 ripe Avocado
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic-minced

  1. Combine all Base ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If the hummus is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  5. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or crackers.
