Chickpeas-drained and rinsed
1 ripe
Avocado
2 tbsp
Tahini
2 tbsp
Lemon Juice
1 clove
Garlic-minced

Instructions
- Combine all Base ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the hummus is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or crackers.
