  1. Cook Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving cup of bacon fat.
  2. Crumble the cooked Bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt Butter with the reserved Bacon fat over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Chicken broth, ensuring no lumps form. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Black pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Cayenne pepper (if using).
  7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in the crumbled Bacon. Serve hot over biscuits, mashed potatoes, or other desired accompaniments.
