Classic French toast dippers with a sweet and savory bacon maple twist. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a fun dessert!
Instructions
- Cook Bacon until crispy. Crumble or chop into small pieces and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together all Custard ingredients.
- Dip each slice of Bread into the Custard mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Cook the French toast dippers in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with crumbled Bacon and drizzle with Maple syrup. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
