Bacon Ranch Pinwheels
A simple and satisfying appetizer featuring flaky puff pastry, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.

Sheet of Puff Pastry-thawed

Bacon-cooked and crumbled

Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

A simple and satisfying appetizer featuring flaky puff pastry, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the Puff Pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Bacon, Ranch Dressing, Cheddar Cheese, and Green Onions to create the Filling.
- Spread the Filling evenly over the Puff Pastry sheet.
- Starting from one long side, tightly roll the Puff Pastry into a log.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
