Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
- Place Chicken in a large resealable bag or container. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
