Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the Potatoes.
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with a little oil and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- While potatoes are baking, prepare the Toppings.
- Once potatoes are cooked, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Serve immediately with the Toppings.
