  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Season the Brisket with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place Brisket in a Dutch oven or oven-safe pot with cup water. Cover and bake for 3-4 hours, or until very tender. Shred the Brisket.
  4. While Brisket is cooking, cook the Macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a large saucepan, melt the Butter over medium heat. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  6. Gradually whisk in the Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  7. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Combine the cooked Macaroni, shredded Brisket, and BBQ Sauce with the Cheese Sauce. Stir well to combine.
  9. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
