  1. In a bowl, toss Chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  5. Add rice and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  6. Stir in frozen peas and cooked chicken. Pour Sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Heat through for another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
