1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Rotini Pasta
1 packet Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Milk

A quick and easy one-pan pasta dish featuring ground beef, ranch seasoning, and your favorite pasta.

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Pasta, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Ranch Seasoning Mix, and Milk. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in half of the Cheddar Cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and serve immediately.
