Instructions
- Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Pasta, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Ranch Seasoning Mix, and Milk. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat and stir in half of the Cheddar Cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and serve immediately.
