  1. Prepare the Crust: In a large bowl, whisk together the Flour and Salt. Cut in the Butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Gradually add the Ice Water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough just comes together. Form the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, gently combine the Blackberries, Granulated Sugar, Cornstarch, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, and Salt.
  4. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a 9-inch pie plate. Trim and crimp the edges.
  5. Pour the Blackberry Filling into the pie crust. Cover the edges of the crust with foil to prevent burning.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Remove the foil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.
