  1. Rinse the Sago Pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a large pot, combine the Sago, Water, and Coconut Milk.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the sago pearls are translucent with a small white center. Stir frequently.
  5. Add the Granulated Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Salt. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. The pudding will thicken as it cools.
