  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook Breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain off any excess grease. Add Chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together Large eggs, Milk, Salt, and Black pepper.
  4. Add Cubed bread to the egg mixture and toss to coat. Stir in the cooked Breakfast sausage and Chopped onion.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with Shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
