  1. In a large bowl, combine all Salmon Mixture ingredients. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Form the salmon mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
  3. Place the Breadcrumbs (Coating) in a shallow dish.
  4. Coat each patty with the Breadcrumbs (Coating), pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat the Vegetable Oil (Frying) in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the croquettes for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  7. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
