Soak a cedar plank in water for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
In a small bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients.
Pat the Salmon fillets dry and brush with the Marinade.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, until the plank is smoking and slightly charred.
Place the Salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the cedar plank.
Close the grill lid and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
