Cheesy Chicken And Rice Bake

A comforting and easy-to-make chicken and rice bake, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This version uses simple ingredients and is a family favorite.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook Rice according to package directions using Chicken broth. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer cooked Rice, Chicken, and Sauce. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle Cheese and Peas evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden brown.
