Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add the Chicken and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated Chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Warm the Pita Bread. Fill each pita with cooked Chicken, Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion, and Parsley. Drizzle generously with the Sauce and serve immediately.
