Dinner has a soundtrack. 23 songs paced to this 107-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add Onion and Garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Chili Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cloves, and Cayenne Pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
  5. Add Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard, and Sugar to the pot. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  6. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for at least 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. The longer it simmers, the better the flavor will develop.
  7. To serve, place a portion of Spaghetti on a plate and top with Chili. Garnish with Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Diced Onions.
