Copycat White Castle Sliders

A classic slider recipe that aims to replicate the iconic White Castle taste, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently combine the Beef, Onion, Salt, Garlic powder, and Black pepper. Do not overmix.
- Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form into thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.
- Place each patty on a slider bun, top with a dill pickle chip, and serve immediately.
