1 cup Corn-canned, drained
1/2 cup Flour-all purpose
1/4 cup Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking powder

Simple and satisfying corn fritters, perfect for a quick snack or side dish. These are made with canned corn and basic pantry staples.
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Fritter Batter ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove fritters from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve immediately.
