Corn Fritters
Simple and satisfying corn fritters, perfect for a quick snack or side dish. These are made with canned corn and basic pantry staples.

Corn-canned, drained
1/2 cup
Flour-all purpose
1/4 cup
Milk

Egg
1 tsp
Baking powder

Simple and satisfying corn fritters, perfect for a quick snack or side dish. These are made with canned corn and basic pantry staples.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Fritter Batter ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove fritters from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately.
