Cottage Cheese Pizza Logs
A simple and satisfying snack or appetizer featuring a creamy cottage cheese filling wrapped in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection.

Cottage Cheese-low fat
1/2 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese

A simple and satisfying snack or appetizer featuring a creamy cottage cheese filling wrapped in pizza dough and baked to golden perfection.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
- Unroll the Dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread the Filling evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal slices.
- Place the Pizza Logs, cut-side up, on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the Topping ingredients. Brush the tops of the logs with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
