Instructions
  1. Cook Grits: In a medium saucepan, bring Water to a boil. Whisk in Grits and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Stir in Butter and Salt.
  2. Cook Ham: In a skillet over medium heat, cook Country Ham until lightly browned and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook Eggs: In the same skillet, cook Eggs to desired doneness (fried, scrambled, or over easy). Season with Black Pepper.
  4. Bake Biscuits: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake Refrigerated Biscuits according to package directions.
  5. Assemble Platter: Divide Grits, Ham, and Eggs between two plates. Serve with Biscuits and Sliced Strawberries.
