
Cracker Barrel Meatloaf
A classic, comforting meatloaf recipe reminiscent of the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store version. This is a straightforward recipe using readily available ingredients.

A classic, comforting meatloaf recipe reminiscent of the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store version. This is a straightforward recipe using readily available ingredients.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all Glaze ingredients. Mix well.
- Spread half of the Glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes. Spread the remaining Glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
