  2. In a large bowl, combine all Peaches ingredients. Gently toss to coat and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Topping ingredients except butter and milk. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the peach mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the topping mixture evenly over the peaches.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
