Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- In a separate saucepan, melt Butter. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk and Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper to the Sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked Pasta and browned Beef to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
