1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
3 cups Milk
1/2 cup Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt Butter. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Milk and Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper to the Sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked Pasta and browned Beef to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Serve immediately.
