Spread Potato Chips evenly on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine all Creamy Dill Sauce ingredients and mix well.
Drizzle Creamy Dill Sauce over the Potato Chips.
Sprinkle Shredded Cheddar Cheese over the sauce.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Jalapeños, and Sliced Green Onions.
Serve immediately.
