Creamy Ranch Pasta Chips
A quick and easy snack or side dish featuring pasta chips tossed in a homemade ranch seasoning blend and creamy sauce.

Rotini pasta
2 tbsp
Dried parsley
1 tbsp
Dried dill
1 tbsp
Garlic powder
1 tbsp
Onion powder

A quick and easy snack or side dish featuring pasta chips tossed in a homemade ranch seasoning blend and creamy sauce.
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool completely.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the cooled Pasta with the Vegetable oil and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While the pasta is baking, prepare the Sauce. In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine all Ranch Seasoning ingredients.
- Once the pasta chips are cooled slightly, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the Sauce over the pasta chips and sprinkle with the Ranch Seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
