Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Creole Spice Blend ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of Bread slices with melted Butter.
- Toast Bread until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove Shrimp from marinade and pat dry. Toss Shrimp with Creole Spice Blend.
- Arrange Shrimp evenly on toasted Bread slices.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until Shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped Cilantro and serve with Lime Wedges.
