1 pound Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Garlic-minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Creole Spice Blend ingredients.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Brush both sides of Bread slices with melted Butter.
  5. Toast Bread until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove Shrimp from marinade and pat dry. Toss Shrimp with Creole Spice Blend.
  7. Arrange Shrimp evenly on toasted Bread slices.
  8. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until Shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  9. Garnish with chopped Cilantro and serve with Lime Wedges.
