A quick and easy salad featuring crisp cucumbers, tangy pepperoncini peppers, and a simple vinaigrette.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the Dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled.
