A simplified version of Domino's Philly Cheese Steak Pizza, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Powder, and Black Pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Prepare the Steak Filling: Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced Sirloin Steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add Onion and Green Bell Pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce and Garlic Powder.
- Stretch or roll out Pizza Dough to desired thickness and place on a pizza pan.
- Spread Cheese Sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with Steak Filling and Provolone Cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
