  1. In a bowl, combine all Patties ingredients and mix gently. Form into 8 patties.
  2. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. While patties cook, make the Gravy: Melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in Beef broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Black pepper.
  5. Assemble burgers: Place two patties on each bun. Top with Lettuce leaves and Tomato slices. Generously pour Gravy over the patties.
  6. Serve immediately.
