Slices of bread - your favorite variety

Ounces Feta cheese - crumbled

Tablespoons Honey - any variety

Tablespoon Olive oil
1
Tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves - chopped (optional)
Simple and satisfying feta and honey toasts, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of Bread slices with Olive Oil.
- Arrange Bread slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Feta cheese.
- Drizzle with Honey.
- Return to oven and bake for another 2-3 minutes, or until feta is slightly softened.
- Garnish with Fresh thyme leaves, if desired, and serve immediately.
