A simplified recreation of the Five Guys Cajun Fry Dog, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal at home.
Instructions
- Prepare the Cajun Fries: Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Heat the Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the fries in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Immediately toss with Cajun Seasoning.
- Prepare the Cajun Mayo: In a small bowl, combine all Cajun Mayo ingredients. Mix well.
- Grill or boil the Hot Dogs until heated through.
- Place each Hot Dog in a bun. Top with a generous portion of Cajun Fries and drizzle with Cajun Mayo.
