French Toast Breakfast Crunchwraps
A fun twist on classic French toast, wrapped in a tortilla with a sweet cream cheese filling and a satisfying crunch.
A fun twist on classic French toast, wrapped in a tortilla with a sweet cream cheese filling and a satisfying crunch.
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, Vanilla Extract, and Cinnamon (French Toast).
- Dip each slice of Bread into the French Toast mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the French toast for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, and Vanilla Extract (Cream Cheese Filling). Mix until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the Cream Cheese Filling onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the Crushed Cornflakes over the cream cheese.
- Place a cooked slice of French toast on top of the cornflakes.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll up tightly to form a Crunchwrap.
- Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of Butter in the skillet. Cook the Crunchwraps for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
